    I bought this thinking it would be cute for my morning routine, but it ended up being way more impactful. I did the first few prompts while commuting and had a legit breakthrough in the middle of a Starbucks. šŸ˜‚ Definitely not surface-level stuff, it actually makes you face yourself. Four stars only because I wish there were more pages!

    I’ve always journaled, but this felt different. Like it actually led me somewhere. Most prompts online are like ā€œwhat are you grateful for today?ā€ and you just end up listing 3 things without thinking. But Ria’s journal?? It’s like she knew exactly what I needed to be asked to unlock stuff I’ve buried for years. I started noticing the same pattern in all my breakups, and finally saw how it was tied to stuff from childhood I’d never processed.

    The layout is beautiful, too clean, but powerful. I’d do one prompt a day with my tea, and even though some were hard, I felt clearer every single time. After 2 weeks of journaling, I ended a situationship that wasn’t serving me, and I didn’t feel anxious about it for once. I finally felt solid in my decision. I’ve done therapy before, but this journal helped me make faster emotional progress than 6 sessions.

    Also… I didn’t expect this part, but I started sleeping better. I think it’s because my brain had somewhere to put the overthinking. I’ve recommended this to my sister and my therapist. That says everything.
