      Very relaxing. Took me a few nights to adjust, but now I can’t fall asleep without it. It doesn’t feel like it’s doing anything in the moment, but during the day, I notice I’m calmer, more grounded, and less reactive. I’m keeping this in my nightly routine.

      I have chronic insomnia. I’ve tried melatonin, magnesium, hypnosis, rain sounds, you name it. I didn’t expect much from this tape because you can’t hear the affirmations, but the music sounded soothing, so I gave it a shot.

      Best decision ever.

      It doesn’t knock me out immediately or anything, but it quiets my nervous system in a way I’ve never experienced before. I stop scrolling. My breath slows down. And I drift off. But the magic is what happens after I wake up with completely different thoughts in my head. Like, instead of the usual “ugh I’m behind,” I wake up thinking “I’ve got time. I’m doing fine.”

      That’s not normal for me.

      Something is getting in there. I’ve been using it every night for 3 weeks, and not only do I fall asleep faster, but my inner critic is so much quieter. I started writing again. I look forward to sleeping now. I think that’s the biggest shift of all.
